Wow, it’s weird having a really bad day after so many good days

I’m so glad I got my meds changed. The improvement is astonishing.

Today isn’t that good, though. AND YET

it is still better than what I’ve been dealing with since May.

It’s an odd dichotomy, I’ll tell you what.
